I really liked staying here. The room was so pretty and comfy, and all the staff were super nice. The food was delicious, and they had a lot of different choices to pick from. Also, the location was perfect for me, just a stone's throw away from the downtown area 🏙️.

The rooms had fluffy and comfortable pillows, and the hotel is conveniently located near North Hills and local attractions, with common areas and elevators easily accessible for guests; we enjoyed lunch at the nearby Subway.

My time at this place was good, and I loved everything about my stay, especially the nice and comfortable room with a big bed and soft pillows.

The room was a nice size with a large king size bed. The location was exceptionally nice, a short walk to the common areas, elevators, and a tube going to the ceiling and the cafe. The free parking was an excellent bonus. Particularly close to the airport.

Located conveniently near the airport and downtown Raleigh, this hotel offers clean and attractive rooms. Guests have praised the comfortable beds and the friendly customer service. The housekeeping manager went above and beyond by returning lost items, and the front desk staff, including the helpful Cierra Turner, made guests feel welcome.

The negative aspect of this hotel is the disappointing check-in experience. One guest felt belittled and ignored by the front desk staff, resulting in a frustrating and unwelcoming arrival.

The staff was nice and courteous, and we were able to check in early at 3 pm. The room was perfect with fluffy and comfy pillows, a king bed, and the location was favorable. There was a wide range of delicious food available for meals.

Great service from the front desk concierge, Andrew. He was friendly and efficient, making our check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the pleasant lobby and fun lounge area.

The elevator was undergoing renovations, leaving only one working elevator. Not only was this inconvenient, but it also caused a stressful situation when the elevator stopped and dropped half a floor.

The staff at check-in was friendly, the rooms were great, especially the bathrooms, and we appreciated the early 3 pm check-in.
